I had to communicate with attorney Jennifer Owen regarding a traumatic incident I experienced involving her client’s property. While I understand she was representing the other party, the way she responded was extremely disappointing. Despite the serious nature of what I disclosed, her tone felt cold, dismissive, and lacking basic empathy.
