I was ghosted by Mary T Vu with no explanation or reasoning behind it. I called everyone I could and left multiple messages and emails. The people who answer the phone don’t even have a way to directly contact the person you’re looking for and really don’t seem like they care about helping you anyway. The fact that I wasn't able to be seen by another attorney because I was technically being “represented” by Mary Vu already was even worse! Usually don’t care for leaving bad reviews, but this was pretty bad! Not to mention, this is how they treated an active duty Army soldier.

Vivian Thoreen is an absolute DISGRACE! Do not ever involve yourself with this person! It's a SHAME that Holland and Knight still keep her as their employee.

Holland and Knight are the best at what they do! Everyone at this firm are incredible! If you go with Holland knight you won’t be sorry.
