Terrible Attorney. Not competent. Simple transfer of real estate from parent to child with life estate & he filed the deed 3 times….once using the wrong address! End result, no transfer and now child on hook for ⬆️ taxes…..guess what though….now Holochuck gets $ for being the estate lawyer….WHAT A SCAM! Btw….have another Attorney double check any inheritance tax return this guy has done or does….many mistakes identified and they were found on the one’s he recently submitted…BEWARE!
Similar experience to others mentioned here. This attorney needs to be out of practice. Failed to follow through with estate filings and when asked gave all excuses for this with the exception of admitting fault. Reported to the PA Bar Association and strong encourage others to look elsewhere.
