This organization is outstanding. I have nothing but praise for the lawyers and employees. These people are highly intelligent, incredibly kind, hardworking, efficient, ethical, and enormously generous with their time. They are some of the best people you’ll ever meet who want to make a difference in the world and help those in need. And they are succeeding spectacularly in achieving this!

They will only help you if you are sleeping in the streets, any public housing issues they can't help with.

I was having an issue with social security and wasn't getting anywhere with my situation from the people who answered the phone at the local SSI office. I was told by my caseworker that a good place to call to get advice/help with my problem would be The Homeless Advocacy Project. Sure enough only one day after calling the HAP (homeless advocacy project) a woman on the phone left me a voicemail and eventually after speaking to them they were able to direct me in the right direction for the help i needed. The people were very nice and i would definitely call them again if i needed their services.

These people are so terribly awesome. Extremely overworked and sadly understaffed. Cant thank them enough for all the work the put into helping me w/ my unscrupulous landlady.
