Refused to provide a bill of particulars. I'm a single mom who just left an abusive relationship with the clothes on our backs, she said she couldn't even talk to me without $1000 down. And still would not be able to provide me with anything "in black and white", because"she doesn't legally have to " at court she told the judge I was "combative and harassing her"- in reality we had spoken one time when I cried and told her that's just not possible for me to afford. I said I need help, I just want to be able to take my son to the doctor if he gets sick.... Her reply was "not my problem". I honestly don't know how she sleeps at night. This lady does very fraudulent practices and is very unprofessional, unorganized, and careless. She scams you into paying her more money by suspending your license and claiming she didnt receive one payment, even with proof of her cashing the checks, she denies it. She is unprofessional in court and was consistently harassing me in court because we were waiting for so long and she was demanding i just agreed with her proposition before even getting in the courtroom. She is a very rude and sick individual.

If I could give zero stars I would. Sharon and associates are the worst out there. This woman doesn't care how you pay her.. unless it's cash. She definitely wants cash so you can't keep up with what's already been paid. She would probably tell you to rob a bank to get her payment or your going to lose your license. And DMV will notify you way before she even tries to reach out to let you know you missed a payment. She only cares about money. Miss a payment twice and she wants the full settlement upfront or you are without a license. Even the court systems have realized you can't pay fines without having a license. You can pay $10k over 9 years but you will still owe $10k because of her outrageous interest rates

THIS LADY IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER. My spouse has been trying to contact regarding making payments and her assistants and herself stating they only take cash payments. What business only takes cash payments in this day and age ! When my spouse finally got ahold of her, she began degrading my spouse on the phone and telling him how me must not understand things. She talked over him the whole conversation and was very hostile on the phone in which led to my spouse arguing with her. She needs to be shut down immediately!

Been paying them for years. Came in with my supposed last payment two years ago. Now I’m trying to buy a house and this debt is still on record so I call them and they tell me it was never fully paid and now I owe another 900+ dollars for interest over the last two years. This is ridiculous. I’ve paid my damn dues leave me alone. Original debt was 2500 and I paid over 3000 when I was making payments. Now an extra $900. Just because some random lady paid a quarter of that to the courts to take over my supposed debt that I never agreed to in the first place. I’m sick of people making tons of money off me just because they have a deal with the government. That’s called extortion which is illegal if I do it to someone.
