Horrible experience. He would forget details of my case. Would yell at me when he talked. Charged me for no reason. I didn’t have court, filings, or appts in months and he would still charge me for nothing while he would charge me by hour. He would also send a bill of 1,300-4,000 for one or 2 court days and paperwork and tell me to pay in full in order to do anything. No payments!! In full... 4,000 in one month.. I have probably spent over 20,000 in 4 years because he is not assertive to the other party and will rather let the other attorneys write the paperwork to avoid work and basically just keeps cases going too long to drain money. I was scared of getting another lawyer because I did not want him to hold my file or information from my new one since he has all my paperwork and importan

We are extremely disappointed in this law office. Mr. Hulsey did not know the specifics of our case when we met with him and asked for documentation and information that we had already supplied. He spent 10 minutes of our 30 minute meeting discussing his upcoming surgery and health issues. He got mad when we went with another lawyer and refused to refund the unused portion of our fee. Very rude and unethical treatment of clients. I would avoid this office; not a man of integrity!

If I could give James Hulsey a ZERO for people skills I most certainly would. HE is one of the MOST rudest Attorneys I have EVER dealt with in my life...If there was a minus rating-I would give him a MINUS 10..How he has lasted 40 yrs in practice is beyond my comprehension.....

Rude to my mother who is 85 and made disparaging remarks to me when I asked him if a new will invalidated an older will. Seemed angry when he realized he wouldn't be making a large fee. His greed was only obvious. Beleive all the bad reviews about him. Fits the stereotype of the sleazy lawyer. His ad says "Abla Espanol" but he nor anyone presents spoke no Spanish. When I brought this up to him he turned beet red. He looks like a big ugly Ed McMahon. He's a jerk don't waste your money on this ambulance chaser.

This Attorney Chose to Go to Disney Land instead of Showing up to court. the judge requested everyone to show up so we could settle the matter at hand. I am extremely disappointed in his service of our case. he made to effort to be there told me that the judge couldn't make him show up. this was my first dealing with an attorney I am starting to believe what people say about Lawyers.
