Rhonda Mcdonald, who is the firms notary that sits at the front desk, is being sued for notary fraud and theft of deed along with two other attorneys. The case number is C-03-CV-21-003843. This is not the first case involving Rhonda Mcdonald and her lack of integrity. She has even frauded the cable company and they too had to take her to court. She also has 3 recent assault charges that were put on stet (due to her saying she is the firms secretary for 19 years) with conditions for her to not have unlawful contact with her victim case # D-08-CR-20-018403, central complaint #201850992. She has a history of questionable behavior and she represents this company.
