Zero star After Mr. Ibarra has done absolutely nothing but harmed my legal standings for my case, he submitted a completely fraudulent and false invoice totaling over $8,790 for work he never performed. His billing included 37 emails that were never sent, tasks that were never performed and he billed clerks time at attorney s rate. He has been unable to provide any evidence to support these charges. I hired him under a written service agreement that covered two specific services: 1. Court Filing - which was ultimately handled by the clerk after I completed all the paperwork myself. 2. Court Representation - which he failed to provide entirely. My employer has a contract with a lawyer group, which gives me 30 minutes of a free consultation with lawyers they assign to me. USUALLY, the lawyers suck and don't help me one bit. Heck, the last lawyer wanted $700 to send a simple Demand for Information letter, when I already knew exactly what I wanted and who to send it to. (Chat GPT could draft it in seconds. I just wanted it signed by a lawyer so it wouldn't be ignored... which, so far it has been since a "low" person like me had to sign the letter.) Anyhow, THIS lawyer's office was actually HELPFUL for my free consultation! They asked for and reviewed documents and gave me good feedback. NICE!

What A scammer! the attorney Ibarra has never been in the U.S. during the entire time after I paid him the retainer, he lied about his availability for my case from day 1 and refused to come to the hearing due to his own personal business, he left me hanging and dry. So unprofessional and unethical, his staff (not the attorney) managed all the paper works. Yet I was asked to pay $500 per hour for the time he never spent. This wasn’t the worst part, after getting the retainer of $5000, he asked for another $6000 for retainer knowing there are no change on the scope of the work and knowing that we only got a few weeks to attend the hearing date. Total Sham firm. Horribly incompetent attorney, Mr. Ibarra. Bizarrely weird and deceitful process includes using intake forms to claim a contractural agreement. They push the form without disclosure. Force redundant, vague communications with the paralegal, with the intent of using up the retainer and delivering nothing. Fake positive reviews.

Avoid at all costs. Took almost $3,500 and was incompetent the entire experience. Whatever you do, avoid Ibarra Law, they will waste your time and money.
