I found Ilya through a referral. We needed an immigration lawyer. Originally my parent wanted to go with a church lawyer who helps out people in poorer communities. I was hesitant and thought we needed someone else. So we tried Ilya due to someone else's experience (also immigration). Boy was that a mistake. Ilya law offices was fine at first.
