I had a terrible experience. I recently had a consultation that did not at all meet my expectations. Despite waiting for nearly a month, I was so disappointed with the experience. During the call, I found that the assistant lacked expertise in the field. They seemed to be researching my questions online and asked me to wait on every follow up question while they consulted with someone else. This lack of preparation was concerning. Furthermore, they suggested a program called U4U, which even I knew was no longer available and had been discontinued for several months. It should have been clear that it was no longer an option and the fact they didn't know that and offered it as my main option showed lack of preparation and research.
