One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I came to this office seeking help for my mother and had my 3-month-old baby with me. Because the office was full, I waited patiently for almost two hours, hoping to simply get some basic information about the passport services they offer nothing more, just the cost, what the process includes, and how they communicate updates. When I finally had a chance to ask, the man told me I “seem like I need a lot” and abruptly said he couldn’t help me. I was completely caught off guard. I calmly explained that I think he misunderstood me I only wanted clarity on the service because I was unfamiliar with the process. Extremely rude guy working here. Made my sister wait for hours then when it was finally her turn he told her he wouldn’t help her simply because she was asking him questions. The entire interaction was very hostile. Would not recommend, would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could give zero star I would. If rude was a person, that would be the gentleman I met there. Greedy at the top of it because sir would charge for any little extra thing. I went there with my completed form because I couldn’t process it online and I wasn’t sure about the address to mail it to. He said he would charge me $250 for the correct address and verify if I have everything right. Told me I had underestimated what I was getting myself into and told me good luck on that. I was calm even though I was boiling inside. Finally paid $150 but I will not recommend that place to anyone. $1100 to file a form for someone is not a friendly price for me.

Very wonderful place to do paperwork and get tax help. Muktar is very helpful and passionate about immigration help.
