I am giving the filing service 3 stars but I have run into problem after problem with the process serving team. It is crazy. I have had to call several times regarding issues such as: neglecting to input our firm's info on the proof of service when they file it with the court resulting in it being rejected (this happened about 3-4 times), forgetting to serve something and finally getting an attempt about 2 weeks later, server say "bad address" when we had something served at same address within the past week etc. I kept using the process service and filing bundle since Infotrack is integrated with our company legal service and I though it would be easier and perhaps they would fix the issues as promised.
