I cannot recommend them at all for estate planning. My grandmother spoke very highly of Mr. Cox before her passing. That said, he’s the executor of her will and it has been a nightmare trying to deal with this office in her death. They normally don’t answer my calls, when they do answer - they don’t call back like they say they will, they don’t return emails, they didn’t respond to my letter, the only person in the will that seems to be able to get a response is someone I had to cut contact with. They send communications through her, which then I never get because we aren’t in contact. This is something I have emailed about and tried to call about to no avail. I’m out of state. I have worked with Mr. Cox on numerous Estate Issues including the restatement of a Trust and affairs relating to the death of a spouse. I find Mr. Cox to be an Attorney of the first order. He is talented in his understanding of Estate Planning an could not be a more cordial person to work with. You will NOT be disappointed!

I have Mr. Cox write our estate plan since 1991 and updated swell. He is knowable, professional, and trust worthy.
