I am an old client of Yanine Krohn, and I have experienced the worst customer service from her & her team, J. Diamond. My new lawyer has tried to get her removed from being my attorney and she refuses to answer any of my emails and calls from both me and the new lawyer I hired. Mind you she hasn’t removed herself from a case that is back in 2020. When I call to speak with somebody in charge, the law firm is a collective of lawyers so she cannot appoint me to anyone. What a joke. What could take Yanine a few mins, I am not having to do myself bc my lawyers cannot remove me from her. Spare yourself the time and find someone that values people and their time.
