We worked with Mr. Bays a few months ago, he was very professional and understanding. Mr. Bays and his staff were transparent thru the process with us. Everyone was extremely welcoming as we brought our small daughter along on each visit.

Mr Bays straight out lied to the court claiming I made purchases for myself and not my step father with his credit cards. When I took my bank statements as evidence to show him I used my money for my purchases, he refused to look at them and called me a liar and theif. He also intentionally omitted a bank account owned by my step father and was dishonest about the amount in another bank account in his first inventory amounting to around $50,000. He is a theif and a liar. He does not care about people, he cares about his wallet. This man was not even a mediocre guardian, more like guardian from hell's toilet!!

I contacted Randy through his website. I submitted a message through his contact page where it asked for a brief description of my case for an attorney to review the case and get back to me. I don’t appreciate a receptionist calling me back from Randy Bays’ office to let me know I can call in and schedule a $325 appointment with an attorney to review my case. Hard NoOo, and it’s no surprise his website no longer has a /Contact page since this review. Maybe the firms google account will disappear next! Crooks for hire or transparent; you decide!
