Spoke with Craig. He was very deterrent on using the service. It was like pulling teeth getting information from him about how the process works. He seemed busy and inconvenienced to be on the phone.

Weird attitude. Felt very standoffish

The agent was rude and was no help. You are better off with the yellow pages and calling the firms until you find the lawyer you need. Seriously customer service was horrible.

It's a Gamble they a business but if you're struggling and you really need legal help you will be losing money if the lawyer you just paid them to just refer you what if they do not do that specific law work that you need you'll be losing a lot of money just trying to find a lawyer and you really need help so you got to save up money again just to get another lawyer to pay money and they might not be able to help you it's not helping the community at all

So far so good. I had a text message from attorneys an hour after I spoke with them.
