Super helpful staff that was responsive to all of my questions and did it with a smile! My closing was seamless and I couldn’t ask for more. Normally I give a detailed breakdown of why I give 5 stars but it’s simple in the case: Professional, polite and ultra responsive group that helped my fulfill a dream +5 stars. No negatives to point out but GPS did send me to the correctional facility next door to the office. The people there were super nice too. If you’re in the Crossville area and need a title company go see them!!

Did a closing for us. We did not use a real estate agent. He messed up the closing by not figuring the taxes correctly. The contract clearly stated the BUYER woukd pay all taxes. That did not happen. The taxes went into the escrow of the buyer. He also went on Cumberland County property tax due dates. We are not in Cumberland County. Also, my husband was treated as not knowing anything. We asked when the information that's reported to the IRS go under my name due to me purchasing and selling the home. My husband was on the deed but it's my home. It could go under either BUT needed to go on mine. Mr. Thompson chose to argue. That being said if he does not do it the way asked its just a nother form for us to do to correct it. Yay us. Jean however was phenomenal in customer service therefore

Incredible service from Jean and the staff. Jim Thompson makes you feel like he's been your best friend for 40 years within five minutes. I highly recommend this company.
