Very sad, The mediators job is to assist the parties to come to an agreement to avoid a lengthy trial. Unfortunately the main objective is to have the parties agree to terms both parties agree on. The mediator repeatedly came on our room and absolutely scared us into accepting a horrible result . In sum the mediator was so good at reading the emotions of the parties . It’s a horrible way to resolve a case .The mediator was excellent at frightening us. He repeatedly said came in and said We are ending up with a deal by the end of the day . in sum your not leaving til i do whatever it takes . He laughed at our attorney claiming 150.000 would be our court cost . He laughed and said 5 to six weeks . closer to 1,000.000. Jerry Spolter is good at what he does . He scared us alright .
