Very Shady operation! Never was explained at what the fee's were for in detail,Contacted the office on several occasions for final amount due even called one hour before arriving for final bill was told the amount and i had the certified check made out for the amount i was told ,upon arrival I handed check to lady working there she wrote out the receit then this African-American guy came in there and went in another room with the lady helping me next thing this guy come's in and presents a added bill amount for $1373.97 I told him i just was told within the hour that the total was $38,570.29 and that he himself told me earlier that was the amount due and now he jacks up the amount I asked him who he was and he said im Nobody and rudely told me to either pay it or take my check and leave t

Mr. Dunn reception secretary whoever Sasha is very disrespectful and rude. She is not in the right place for the line of business that Mr. Dunn have to offer hanging up on clients her customer service Very unprofessionalnot giving correct information is very unacceptable.
