In my 44 years of life. Jason is by far the worst attorney I have ever hired in my entire life. He is arrogant. He is insulting. He is sarcastic. He will hang the phone up on you. And that’s AFTER you retain him with payment. The minute that you have any other charge brought against you. He wants to be paid his fees IN CASH THAT DAY and offers NO RECEIPT. He is also twice as much money as some of the best attorneys in the entire area. He once charged me $5000 for a simple misdemeanor case that was dismissed by the state the very next day because the case was so weak without his representation. I asked him for a refund of my retainer and told me, “No you paid me to represent you for that case” but DID NOT FILE AN APPEARANCE ON MY BEHALF. I have the court documents to prove it. So basicall
