Jennifer has very little attention to detail and does not accept responsibility for her mistakes. Jennifer was asked numerous times to provide the documents prior to the home closing meeting and didn’t send them till the last minute. When she was confronted with the errors she did not catch, there was no apology. She appears to have her priorities in other places and not in her customers. Definitely would not recommend.
