This positive review is for Christopher Reed, he is by far one of the most attentive attorneys. He listens and solves the problem for both sides. The art of negotiating. From my experience, he follows through and explains what can be done. He works in the law offices of Jennings & Valancy.
Steve Valancy is the attorney that my HOA uses and I have to be honest when I say that he is not very good. Besides not being able to do simple arithmetic, he also can not discern the difference between the words public and private. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
