In 2024 Mr. Jimenez was hired by a lady i was owner financing a home from. She was also a real estate agent. The seller had furnished me with a Deed of Trust and a Promissory note which she never recorded. I stopped making payments to her because it was not right that the property was not under my name. So she hired this firm stating I was a tenant and filed an eviction in weslaco justice of the peace. That was while at the time my total payments to her since April 2021 were nearly $187k. So from reading the last review I can say this. No. He does not follow the law. If that were true he would of seen the deed of trust etc. Or he just didn't care. He just wanted to get paid. Whatever the case may be I'm leaving this review right here for other ppl not to go thru what I did. I've learned wh

worse lawyer. took over my case towards the end of it and wouldn’t even show up to court yet charged me thousands of dollars. all for the case to end on previous conditions I came to agreement on my own before hiring. just to find out a couple months later after being called into court the documents were filed incorrectly for the court ordered agreement. i am ashamed how this office treated a veteran. would not recommend.

Have never retained the man but I have seen him work and he is one tough attorney!! Who's very knowledgeable.. professional, assertive and absolutely knows what he is doing!! Highly Recommend!!
