Worst lawyer ever I experienced. It is doubtful whether he is a lawyer or not. When he processing escrow account, he wielded his power and revealed customer's information to help his friend who is not involved in the escrow rather than exercise fiduciary duty to customer. We had suffered from his service too much.

Agent doesn't have any knowledge of immigrant law. They were kept saying that attorney will be reached to you shortly, but I haven't gotten a call with their attorney. I was trying to give them a call again, but attorney was got off already. It's same thing every time.

com Attached is a draft of the lease assignment. Landlord will most likely require an attorney review. That won't happen most likely until Monday or Tuesday. I'll have the Final documents ready for signatures and notarization by Wednesday at the latest. The total charge for the assignment will be $1600.00 and will need to be upon signing, as well as the Security deposit and First months rent($18,850.50) according to the terms of the lease.
