My family and I choose this practice because it was convenient. We only had contact with one of the lawyers, the older one. All we needed was to add a name to a property. Things went smoothly in the beginning and we paid the agreed upon price. Then right before the final signing, there was a complication, which my family and I contacted and settled on our own. There was probably a one month delay in the final signing and by the time we were contacted again by the office, they wanted additional money because of the delay. What they did during the time my family and I worked to get the necessary paperwork? I’m not sure, but they sure made it clear that they “deserved” the extra money. If google allows zero star or negative stars, this guy totally deserve this. He doesn't speak much English and to make it worse, his underlines doesn't know any basic law concepts. It is such a shame that the Chinese community had to stuck with a douchebag and he handles business relentlessly. Thank God we are done with this lousy team and if there is anyway you can avoid him, do it.
