I would not recommend this firm based on my experience with their handling of workers’ compensation claims. I’ve had two different case managers assigned to my case, and both have repeatedly failed to respond to my emails and important questions — even when I was dealing with serious financial hardship and needed guidance about upcoming IME appointments and the cutoff of my benefits. I fully understand that I’m not the only client, but I would still expect to be treated like one. Being ignored and left without clear answers while trying to recover from an injury has added tremendous stress to an already difficult time. As a client who is still under medical care and not receiving any income, I expected professionalism, communication, and support — none of which I’ve consistently received

Max is the greatest. When the state was trying to sell my son out on trumped up charges from an ex-girlfriend Max stayed the whole way through. I couldn't have asked for a better guy to stand by my son and represent him. Needless to say My son beat the charges. And I would recommend Max to any friend or family or even a stranger at that
