I have held off for 11 years contemplating wether or not to leave feedback for an attorney that was working against me the whole time he was supposed to be defending me. i paid over $9,000.00 + dollars only to be called "crazy" in front of his employees by the person who is supposed to be helping me in a malicious prosecution case against the bergen county prosecutors office for false arrest. the day of my court case my attorney suggested that i accept a plea for a crime i did not commit in order to please his friends at the prosecutors office prior to entering the courtroom . i immediately fired him and found an attorney outside of bergen county who helped me with my case. the main purpose of this review is to bring attention to the relationship between an attorney and the local prosecut

How do you stand behind someone who calls there self a man, to get off of paying child support for 18 years, and over $50,000 behind in money owed to your child? Its is very sad and pathetic that anyone who owes that much money can still walk the streets, and not be in jail?! But now that the child is getting ready to turn 18, he is quick to file papers to no longer be under court order. At the end of the day the only one who misses out on anything is the "father", missing out on a beautiful young lady, who is an honors student, and will go far in life without her sorry excuse for a dad who hasn't seen her since she was 7. Congrats on graduating next month, and having a strong mom who has always supported you through everything!
