I retained Mr. Willard mid summer 2023 to settle a divorce for my 82 year old father. We had a pre marital agreement that was black and white. After 9 months of doing nothing except asking for more money Mr. Willard resigned from the case because I voiced concern. He notified me on a Friday that we had a hearing on Monday morning at 9:00 am and I felt like we should have been notified sooner so we could prepare. I retained Fisher Wise and he quickly handled the hearing and began working on the case. Communication with Mr. Willard and his staff staff is very poor and I never felt like they were truly interested in the case. Fisher was able to file the proper motions and get the case settled. Highly unprofessional. Yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me multiple times. I was a client, that had already paid. Can’t recommend a man child.

When my husband and I went to a consult the staff their was great. Ann took the time to really explain the process of bankruptcy to us and made sure we did not have any questions. While they would have made money and benefited from us filing bankruptcy, she showed us that we had other options and directed us on what we needed to do. I am so glad we spoke to her! I have recommended several families to them and will continue to do so.

Mr. Willard got the job done and for a fair price. He handled a very ugly divorce for me and got me what I wanted and needed and got it done fast! I would highly recommend him. As far as his office staff, they are one in a million. Nicest ladies ever!

Ann got me full custody of my 2 children. She tells it like it is and really cares about the children. I went to two other men near her and they told me i didn't have a case. I'm so thankful she took my case, and really fought for my children to have a voice. You truly get what you pay for. She tells it like it is and track record speaks for itself.
