Would like to give a special acknowledgment to Officer Newton for her knowledge and help through the whole process. Being able to fit me in to her full list already of individuals and being able to be patient and understanding with me as all this was new for me. Another acknowledgment to Officer Barnes who became my PO and was knowledgeable as well. Very explanatory with the whole process and had great energy , positive attitude and very inspiring. “When you pour good out into the world, it will find you” Nothing but great words for them and the career path they have chosen.

I have had the worst experience here! My first probation officer, Kenobia Newton, answered emails whenever she felt like it and pick and chose which questions she wanted to answer. I completed and sent to her everything she asked of me on time and have emails to track everything. I kept asking to schedule my monthly meeting with her and a link to pay my fines and she never answered. I get an email from her one day that says I have a meeting at 2pm on this date. That's literally all the information. I asked her why I was being switched to reporting probation she said it was because I was non-compliant. After the smoke cleared from coming out my ears I asked why? I asked for with who? I asked for where? I also asked her why she never answered me when I asked all those times she said it was b

I had a very frustrating experience with Judicial Correctional Services. I showed up on the appointment date listed on my paperwork, only to be told my appointment was actually on a different day — one that I cannot attend. The conflicting information was not my fault, and it caused unnecessary inconvenience. Officer Barnes was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the situation. Instead of helping resolve the scheduling confusion, I felt like my concerns were brushed off. The receptionist was also unprofessional and not helpful. Not one extension works, They don’t care if you work or your life schedule, but your supposed to pay all this money !! Doesn’t add up ! Throw the WHOLE BUILDING AND TEAM AWAY !! WHY are these public sector workers getting away with not doing their job?? How are you not responding to someone who is supposed to report to you??? Unprofessional and sad how they don’t care about people’s LIVES! Do better Fulton county! Jaidah Millington and J.K. Barnes (manager) are the most unprofessional workers I’ve ever dealt with. And what’s with the random probation fees??? I completed community service to pay for my traffic violations but there’s also $49 that they told me the day of and is nowhere on the paperwork given by the judge……. Corruption right in our face.

Terrible experience. I came on the day of my appointment just to be told that it was another day. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. They were unable to work with my schedule and unwilling to work with my schedule. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
