This lawyer was left in charge of retrieving TSP money owed to me that was spelled out in divorce paperwork. There was a certain process to follow and this lawyer could not get it right. Keep in mind, a booklet with step-by-step instructions was provided. This booklet was provided from TSP, again and again, every time she failed to do the procedure properly. Three attempts she made, before giving up. This is a military town and I’m sure most lawyers have experience with dealing with this procedure. This should be nothing new. I had to pay money and get another lawyer to do this for me. This other lawyer was able to do it on her first attempt with no problems and no issues. This was over a two year process that I was waiting for this money.

Judy Rosenblatt is well known. This is why I selected her and that was not a good practice for me. I felt once She got my money she was extremely impolite. Because i was all in with the retainer i could not back out of dealing with her. She was rude and talked to me as though she knew she had me backed i. A corner and that allowed her to disrespect me so much. When it was time for her to finalize my papers for signatures after I had agreements with my ex she had everyone waiting on her and finally her paralegal had to get permission to finalize my documents. I did not believe she had my best interest at hand. I could go on and on about my bad experiences with her but I will just say this was the worst experience dealing with her as my attorney.
