You do all the background work and give papers for your case. You even give over night postage envelope, which he lost and tell you he had to over night it himself. Then lawyer calls person confirms your information. You then come in to sign papers you should be finished right! No! wait you also had to come in second time to resign paper because of lawyer errors not knowing the correct legal procedure and or asking correct questions from whom he talked to. Why keep the full $300.00, and to boot you have to get copies on your own from the bank to make sure you got the procedure done correctly.

Just needs to listen and have patients w others. I got yelled at a lot when I tried to tell him important things, I didn't feel he was aware of my case as he should of been. I liked him and felt he was a good lawyer, just needs to be nicer to his clients. I switched attorneys for that reason.

He not only takes your money and doesn't know how to fill out a drl236 of net worth but lies at the hearing with the bar association to the administrative arbitrator.
