David Karabinus is a great attorney. He has been representing my case for 2 years and cares about his clients. I believe and know from personal experience that one of the individuals who left a poor review didn’t have the end result that he desired. it doesn’t always work out that way. Rated one star to notify any potential clients that this attorney is the worst of the worst. David will inflate the hours he charges you for work he did not perform. David did not perform due diligence in my case costing me thousands of dollars. After my experience with David I agree with the review left by Carol Merio, only wish I had seen it before retaining him. Oh he is very personable in the beginning however keep track of all the charges and request a bill after each interaction. I also regret not consulting another attorney mid case to assess the direction David was proceeding.

No complaints. He showed up at every court date. Always explained things to me in a way I understand and communicated efficiently. Helped me set and achieve realistic goals. I recommend him to everyone who needs help in family court. He will really fight for you.

Don't believe the negative reviews. David will fight for you . He's not cheap but he doesn't play games with court continuance and bilking his clients.

David Karabinus is the most incompetent, unprofessional , unscrupulous, unethical, misogynist , ego-driven, lazy, dense, sneaky, disrespectful atty and human being (if he qualifies as a human being) I've ever had displeasure of dealing with - Atty Stephen North was surprised this guy was still practicing!!. I have loads of evidence and documentation to support my opinion. One star is not even warranted by this man.
