I am very disappointed in the customer service of Karen Miller!! I bought a dress for my wedding reception and returned it on December 11!! I did not hear back from them until January 29 that they had received the package and would be giving me a refund within seven days. After reaching out on February 11 they told me that they sent a refund already to my bank back in December and are refusing to find a solution since the money never made it to my account. This is ridiculous and extremely time consuming and they are being very unhelpful
