This law firm and attorneys needs to be disbarred and Mr. Mouch in particular!! This is a collection firm. They take cases that are decades old and then try to revitalize them, they make all kinds of motions, then they lose because they failed to appear, and then they make more last ditch efforts to try to reopen cases that they lose. They are basically harassing people on a daily basis!

Id stay away from here they publicly let their representatives and legal assistants be politcial while representing them which is scary because if i want representation while stating im conservative they will purposely help me lose im sure. They need to cut loose the openly political workers like this one its bad for business.

I’ve been dealing with this company after they bought an old debt of mine from over 10 years ago. They took it to court, and my wages have been garnished for over two years now. While I accept responsibility for the debt, working with this agency has been extremely frustrating. They rarely answer the phone, don’t return voicemails, and when I finally get through, they can’t provide accurate or current information about my balance. I’ve been told their reports are outdated by six months and that they only have one bookkeeper, which makes it very difficult to get clear answers. If a company is going to take legal action and garnish wages, they should at least be transparent and responsive about where things stand. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.

I’m on disability. I’ve never owned a home and no vehicle in 2 years. They put a judgment Lien on personal items. Jeffery Mouch was attorney on the case and Never once showed up in court(sent another). They do not return phone calls. Mouch mailed a pre-typed judgment letter to the Judge Before a second hearing was even scheduled. That was my experience.

Did Amber N. Perera work here? Wasn't she the one sentenced for DUI manslaughter?
