Went to her office with my mother in May, called occasionally when time kept going by. Here we are 3 months later, no POA or will. I finally had to do the POA myself. I totally understand that life happens, but communication is key and there was none here. I should have been given the opportunity to move on to someone else. I am extremely disappointed with them.

I had my taxes done here since my last recent tax person had retired. Very well organized, very professional and more than explains and answers any questions you may have . I had a pleasure with overall experience, the process was easy and simple and convenient from the day I dropped them off to the day I picked up and signed . I would highly recommend.
