I engaged this firm to help with some issues with my mother's estate. The attorney I was assigned, Will Doyle, was pleasant in person, but after our first meeting failed to follow up on even simple requests (like sending initial client engagement letter). He stopped responding to my emails. After a couple of months I sent a message indicating my dissatisfaction with the attention to the case and the absurdity of simply not responding to me for weeks at a time. I received no response.

Brent Kato is drafting a will for me. He is very professional (who would have known that a will could be so complicated?), as well as a very nice guy. I am VERY pleased with his work!

Nice building. The doorman was really helpful. Mr. Doyle gave me great legal advice.

These are some of the best lawyers in SF in their field. Not only are they good they care about their clients.
