Keith has helped us a few times with real estate dealings. We have found him to be so helpful and supportive. He also helped my mom with estate planning. This process is a nightmare and he was so kind and compassionate. We highly recommend him.

As a first time homebuyer, Dave and I cannot thank Keith enough for his help, support, and additional care as we navigated a very new (and scary) big step in our life. Keith answered every question, every call — no matter how little or silly. We are so grateful to work with Keith and his team through every step of the process!!

Keith Daniels is equally as subpar an attorney as his wife is a real estate agent. He’s extremely complacent and lacks any sense of urgency when returning client calls. Not only that he does not disclose that his wife is a real estate broker and pushes her down clients throat. I would highly recommend staying away from him as an Attorney . There are far better choices in the capital region. If you don’t believe us, put a call into his office and see how long it takes him to get back to you if you ever get a call back.

Keith and his team have assisted multiple clients of mine, as well as myself, in numerous real estate transactions. They always prioritize our best interests!
