I reached out for assistance through their website contact form and followed up with an email. The following day, I received an unexpected phone call from a woman who claimed to be “his assistant.” The call lasted only about two minutes, during which she frequently hesitated and appeared unsure, which raised concerns—especially given the level of confidence one would expect in legal matters. I asked if she could email me additional details, at which point the call was abruptly disconnected (she hung up one me quickly). There was no follow-up call. I then emailed the company to confirm whether the call was legitimate, as the interaction was unusual. They responded by stating they were unable to assist and only work with businesses. I called their justice 4 kids line the woman who answered the phone was really rude and seemed annoyed by call about my niece and nephew in foster care. Would not recommend if that’s how they speak to you about child cases.
