I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm, particularly with Thomas Kando. My family engaged their services in November 2023, seeking assistance with a property damage case. During our initial meeting, Mr. Kando assured us that the case was strong and encouraged us to proceed, which we did, trusting his professional judgment. However, after receiving a $1,000 payment, communication from both Mr. Kando and his assistant Sarah ceased. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via phone and email, we received no responses.
