I would not recommend anyone to do business with this law office. My father was his client and passed away. They accepted the settlement amount in full and I was told by Ken that he was not familiar with probate law and that I would need to pay the attorney in the office next to his $1000 so he could tell him it's ok to distribute my father's portion to myself and my brother. I only found out he had received the settlement when the insurance company mailed a letter to my father's house. This is a terrible way to treat a family that just recently lost a loved one. $20,000 for talking to the insurance adjuster and contacting Medicare. No court case. Would think that would be enough.
