This place has only two and a half stars, so maybe they don't care about their reputation, but I write this as a lawyer myself. This so-called firm gives all of us lawyers a bad name. They are rude and unwilling to answer even the simplest of questions. Truly a disgrace to the profession.

This place is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful all of the employees seem to have attitudes and behaviors of a 12 year old. No questions are answered. They hang the phone up in your face and offer no assistance simple tells you it does not matter and start and finish sentences with and so. This law firm needs to be investigated. I received a notice from them that they typed up with no information just listening to the leasing manager in my apartments whom is a pathological liar.

The team at Lowenhaupt is amazing always helpful when I need legal assistance. Response is always quick. I greatly appreciate Howard.

This firm is Great! Howard always answer my many questions and guides me the best direction. Kristine is also Amazing! They are a great team. If you need an eviction firm this is the one for you.

EXTREMELY rude for no reason and left a bad taste in my mouth. I simply called to get information from a case that was filed against myself in 2023. HOWARD was rude for no reason and acted as if he had a personal vendetta against me. I am MIND BLOWN that he speaks to not only those who are trying to resolve their financial hardships in that manner, but most of all a HUMAN. You should be ashamed!!!! Zero Stars. 👎
