My Bank chose this firm for my house closing. I paid a whole year of homeowner's insurance to them, but they mailed the check to the wrong Insurance Company while I received a cancelation notice from my Insurance Company. I contacted the law firm, their employee a lady named Cindy whom answer the phone was really unprofessional and rude handling the complaint, She wanted to separate from the firm all the time even though She is an employee, She wanted me to send a copy of the settlement they gave me at closing and put hurdles on me instead of accepting responsibility and taking care of their mistake. I don't recommend Mr. Kenneth R Luther law office.

Closing on a refinance with them was very easy. They are very professional and explain every form. They took precautions in light of the virus to ensure your safety.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ken and his office for about 15 years. Not only as an LO, but as a processor. His team is efficient, fast, helpful and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better closing attorney!

Rushed to sign paperwork at closing without buyer present. Over charged for closing and didnt pay out invoices that were supposed to be paid out. Beware. Closing was supposed to be $3600 and was $6000.
