Kern court services is the current managing company that I pay rent to. This moment in time homes for rent extremely difficult in Kern county as well in the state of California. There are so many property management company’s this process is unimaginable. My relationship with Kern court services is probably unorthodox, his services tend to be for landlords. The one thing I can say for Ken as my reference and landlord gave me the opportunity to be seriously considered and basically hands down to be the 1st and only application needed for my approval. Terrible service. I finally got rid of horrible tenants after checking with the court about my case, almost 2 months later and came to find out they did not receive anything from Ken or his team. I had to start from scratch, submitting the eviction request myself. When I confronted Ken, he smiled and said they probably hadn't received the electronic request. Anyways, it only took from mid February to the beginning of April to get the eviction processed in court, approved by the judge and the sheriff to show up at the property.

I'm reporting Ken to the California bar. Please, look at his honest reviews on Yelp. He never performed. He was paid in full, and he pocketed the money without ever filing documents with the court. It's been over 6 months, and he won't even take phone calls. He's the kind of lawyer that gives all lawyers a bad reputation.
