Do Not Hire Attorney Kimrey . I retained Ms . Kimrey for $2,250 with a $1,500 deposit . Her and I spoke 2-3 times over the phone regarding the case and she spoke with the responding police officer to obtain his supporting statement. Each time that I ever called the office I was advised Ms Kimrey was in court and unavailable. She appeared at my initial appearance and was granted removal from my case for conflict of interest in another case that she representing . I was giving a refund of $300 . She charged me $1,200 speak with me 2-3 times via phone and to appear in court one just to be asked to be removed . Her secretary advised me that I was billed each time I called Ms.Kimerys office even if I never spoke with Ms Kimrey . So, I’m charged Attorney Fees to speak with a Secretary .lol .

I have used Ms.Kimrey for last 10 years + . My experience here has went above and beyond what I expected . She is extremely fair on the cost to you and in my case at least she has taken care of everything without me having to be involved at all . There were times I thought I was going to jail or other times I just knew it was going to be hundreds more than she charged me and no matter the issue it could not have been an easier process . I never met her , only the woman at the front but there was never any judgment from them or anything. I'd go in stressed and bit scared and leave in completely different state . I have met many lawyers in town and she is the exception to the saying " first kill all the lawyers " . Highly recommend!!! It really is comforting knowing if something does happe
