I used this firm several years ago. I had great results. Litigation is not a fast process. It takes time. Insurance companies will do everything possible to put up roadblocks to your claim. These attorneys know what they are doing.

I had my accident last year in September and if I spoke to my attorney 3 times was alot I would call to get status on my case and she was never available and she will never call me back very unprofessional and not putting their clients first this is the worst law firm I've ever dealt with I do not recommend it to anyone. As of today they no longer represent me!!

Sadly this lawyer does not understand Florida laws and will try to sue an individual before even settling with the insurance company. Sorry buddy, but you get nothing from the individual at all unless the medical claim goes over what they were insured for. Once that comes up in court it will get dismissed and I will be sueing you and Mrs. C for distress and emotional damages.
