Called the number to ask some questions and he answered with just a "Hello" no professionalism whatsoever. I'm new to this whole experience so when I asked if he did a legal advice consultation, he chuckled and said " I'm not sure what you mean, everyone does consultations." I felt extremely uncomfotable with how rude that answer was, especially since I already have severe anxiety from the legal issue I'm in. He then proceeded to text me without my permission.
Kirby is patient, through, kind and compassionate. I fully trust his expertise.
