Called to inquire about tenants rights and whether they had appointments available and immediately received radio silence and then a rude attitude. Get a new receptionist! Didn’t even say anything when he picked up the phone!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Recommend to me through the WV Bar. He called me and was extremely RUDE. Asking me what exactly I want him to do for me (in a sarcastic tone) AFTER I already explained my situation. He is a lawyer, I was calling seeking advice- not here to GIVE advice on what my needs are. He told me he charges $500 a hour and wants $25,000 for a retainer fee. (Employment retaliation and discrimination case) I laughed, told him he was out of his mind, and hung up on him.

Absolutely atrocious service, called to request information in Legal Services referred to by my company's legal plan, was extraordinarily rude on the phone, and dismissed any further conversation. If you are looking to leverage this service, please consider someone that will take the time to effectively communicate and actively listen. Would not recommend!

So RUDE wanted $100,000 and tells me there's a slight chance to win the case. Why do i need a lawyer like this who cant win but money greedy.

Called to ask if he would help me get a trespass removed and he told me to send in all the evidence I have along with a check for $3,000. I asked him does this mean he will take my case and he said no that just for me to look over the evidence and see if I will take your case, he said he charges $500 an hr. 3k just to look over what I had to see if he would take my case. Do not hire this lawyer
