I just went online to pull the phone number for the office and was pretty shocked to see the low overall score for this firm, but after reading the various reviews I can certainly understand why. Depending on what "side of the fence" you are on, the rating is going to be drastically different, so I am here to paint a picture from the side of having to collect from others, in my case bad renters who did incredible amounts of damage and/or squatted while I had to absorb the bills to support the property. From that perspective, you couldn't ask for a better firm to go out and collect on your behalf. Tim is also a very kind, down to Earth and fair person --- however, he can certainly is not a "push over," and will dole out what is needed to get to the end of the matter with success. Anyone

Absolutely horrible place! They refuse to give you a receipt upon payment, saying it take three days to get one! Have no office to go to! Horrible place, don't do business with them at all!

This place has always been a favorite. I've been going here for over 20 years. One of the few places I can say I've never had a bad meal the cut of steak is perfect. Take the trip it's definitely worth it!

Shady collection agency. I had a payment arrangement with them to pay off a debt that I am not disputing and have been making regular payments to them. Today I received a letter that they are going to start garnishing my wages despite the fact that I have a payment arrangement. The lady on the phone was nice and tried helping, but because they screwed up and put the garnishment through court already, they will still be garnishing my wages, but at a lower level to match what our payment arrangement was.
