If you can afford a different lawyer, please do so. They have no sense of urgency, and our case has been taking so much longer than what they told us. The lady at the front desk is very rude and makes mistakes when filing your documents. We ended up going with them since they were less expensive than the other lawyer, which we now regret, because we just found out the other lawyer would’ve completed the process much faster and my parents wouldv'e had their papers by now.

We paid this lawyer over $5000 and we’ve been trying to communicate with him for several weeks already and he has not reached out back to us a case or give us any updates. We keep calling his office and leaving voicemails and nobody has to reached out back to us. I would not recommend this lawyer to anybody there’s better alternatives and we are unable to get our money back or any refunds, and now we are uncertain about what will happen to my mom’s immigration status because of him.

I have been attempting to contact the office via phone for two weeks, but my calls have gone unanswered. Furthermore, the lady who occasionally responds to the phone consistently displays a negative attitude and shows reluctance to assist with concerns. It is puzzling why someone with poor communication skills, who seems to find amusement in customers' situations, is employed in the office.
