Jay did an amazing job on my dad’s case. My dad got into an accident and didn’t want to take the injections that dealt with the pain he was experiencing due to my mom having a bad experience. I had a car accident and the party that hit me did not have any automobile insurance. Jay was able to review my own insurance policy and determine that I had Uninsured Motorist Coverage for this type of a problem. The insurance company did not want to pay initially. After Jay got involved and filed a Civil Remedy Notice with the State of Florida, my claim settled for the policy limits that I had.
